He Answered My Prayers

For a while

Since I gave my life to the Lord

I've always wanted him

To provide me with a guy, I can adore

For a guy

To just be interested in me

Not just like a friend

But more, like they see and like the real me

I've prayed to God that if it's His will

To be or without the guy, to send me someone

One day I didn't know it would happen

But the music brought me to who I think is the one

I talk to him

And realized that he is my soulmate

God answered my prayers

I just hope that we never separate.
