Hey everyone.
As we continue through Episode Two of Dear Future Husband: Letters From My Single Season, I wanted to open up space to reflect together.
This week’s quote is:
“I am learning to be okay by myself and enjoy my own company.”
Here’s your journal prompt:
In what ways have you confused attention with affection, or love with validation?

Welcome everyone.
This group is an extension of my Dear Future Husband: Letters from My Single Season series — a place to sit with the words, reflect on the journey, and share what this season of waiting, healing, or self-discovery means for you.
In each episode, I’ll post a journal prompt or reflection question inspired by quotes from the original letter. You can share your responses, leave encouragement, or simply take it in privately. Whether you're single, healing, growing, or just curious, you belong here.
No pressure. No perfection. Just heart work.
